A little about myself:
In 1980, I opened Lennon Appraisers and Consultants, Inc. as president and have been appraising in the Tampa Bay area ever since. I take pride in the good reputation I have worked hard to achieve through the years by providing good-quality work, and I am approved by most major lending institutions.
COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE - I have experience in every type of commercial property imaginable—including, but not limited to: hospitals, hotels, motels, schools, office, industrial and warehouse buildings and shopping plazas—from the small Mom-and-Pop buildings to Mountain Resorts in North Carolina, including Marineland in North Florida.
LITIGATION APPRAISALS - I am considered an expert witness by the courts in foreclosures, divorce, sinkholes, bankruptcies, insurance and tax-appeal appraisals.
RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE -I specialize in higher-priced homes, unique and complicated properties. This includes experience in conventional, FHA, and VA appraisals.
COVERAGE AREA - On a daily basis, my service area is all of the Tampa Bay area, including Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Hillsborough, Citrus and Sumter Counties, including the cities of New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, Hudson, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Spring Hill, Brooksville, Tampa, Bradenton, Homosassa and Crystal River, and any other areas that may require my services on a per-quote basis.
