Hi everyone:
I have been in the appraising and mortgage business since 1987. I started in the appraisal business in 1987, and in 1991 I moved over to the mortgage side and became a loan processor and then an underwriter. I started appraising as Vice President of Lennon Appraisers & Consultants, Inc. in 2001.
Having underwriting experience has helped give me the insight needed to assist me with appraising for Fannie, Freddie and FHA guidelines. This has been an invaluable experience, and I feel it makes me a better appraiser by adding to my total appraisal knowledge.
RESIDENTIAL APPRAISALS: My experience in residential appraisals includes, but is not limited to: conventional and FHA financing, PMI removal, unique properties, multi-family properties, condominiums, manufactured housing, vacant land, cost approach reports for insurance coverage, reverse mortgages, divorces, estate settlements, sinkhole homes and 50% rule for waterfront remodeling.
COVERAGE AREA: On a daily basis, we service Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Hillsborough, Citrus and Sumter Counties. Other counties are also covered upon request.

ILEEN PAOLINO – OFFICE MANAGER
Ileen Paolino has been our office manager for the past 21 years. During her years of service with the company, she has gained a great deal of knowledge of the appraisal industry and is qualified to answer most of your appraisal questions. Ileen is responsible for the daily functions in our office and has proven to be a most valuable employee. In addition to Ileen, we currently have a staff of 6 appraisers, all having a minimum of 5 years appraisal experience, to serve you.
